Through the end of the year, grab a single-origin passport at one of our cafes and start your journey exploring the world of coffee. Very similar to tasting wine, coffees from different regions of the world and those that are processed differently (washed, natural, anaerobic, etc.) feature different mouth feels and tastes that may surprise you.
How to use the passport?
Pick up a passport next time you are at one of our cafes. It’s perfectly sized to fit into your wallet.
Each time you buy a bag, sample at a tasting table, attend a curated cupping, or enjoy a cup of single-origin coffee at one of our cafes, give this card to a VCC staff member and get a stamp.
Take notes in the passport on each coffee for your records.
After you get 4 stamps(max one per day), fill out the contact information. Tear or cut along the middle of the passport, and turn in the stamped side of the passportto a barista.
You will receive an email explaining how to pick up your FREE 12 oz bag of single-origin coffee.
Where to start?
This month’s spotlight, Kinini Anaerobic | Rwanda is a great place to start! This is a coffee for the adventurous! It is produced by one of our long-term partners with meticulous care and research. Anaerobic processing is rare, and when done well, can give you a fruit bomb like no other. You will really want to try this one out!

Passports are available at our downtown Maryville and ORNL location only, and are not available for coffee purchases online. One passport per customer, please. The deal expires January 1st, 2027.
