If you’re someone who loves both art and the thrill of the ride, buckle up because we certainly have a treat for you! We have a new art exhibit cruising into Vienna Coffee House. Mark your calendars for the 12th Annual Arts of Vienna Fine Art Competition. This year's theme:
Sweet Rides
The Art of Transportation
from September 6 to November 15
Artists were encouraged to let their imagination take the wheel (pun intended). Our Coffee House walls are adorned with a variety of artworks inspired by the art of transportation, whether it be boat, plane, train, car…or perhaps, unicorn? The possibilities are endless. No mode of transportation is off-limits—if it moves, it’s fair game.
Featuring a variety of mediums including paintings, mixed media, and photography, every work is crafted by the brilliant minds of multiple local artists who know how to bring motion to the canvas. To further the experience, every so often a recognition ceremony for the artists is held and the winners are highlighted from each category. While there is not a competition for every exhibit, this one has been the deemed one of the special occasions.
So be sure to take a detour to the Coffee House and immerse yourself in the talent being showcased around you. Each artwork includes details like the artist’s name, medium, contact information, and pricing. If a piece catches your eye and you're interested in taking it for a spin (or at least hanging it on your wall), feel free to reach out.
