Vienna email signature

Fill in your details, check the preview, then copy the signature into your email settings. It uses our logo and brand fonts, so every signature looks the same.

If the copy button does nothing, right-click the image and choose Copy image.

Install it

  1. Gmail: Settings, See all settings, Signature, Create new. Click in the box and paste. Click the pasted image, choose Small or Best fit under it, set it as your default for new emails and replies, then Save changes at the bottom.
  2. Outlook: Settings, Accounts, Signatures, New signature. Paste into the editor, then Save.
  3. Apple Mail: Settings, Signatures, add one, turn off "Always match my default message font", then paste.
