The region of Yirgacheffe has long been considered one of the premier growing regions of Ethiopia. The coffees from this area are delicate, floral and often carry wonderful notes of citrus and stone fruits. Our current lot comes to us from the Oromia Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union who manages multiple washing stations around the country working with directly with the member farmers to develop sustainable and remarkable quality coffees.
