Gatta Honey coffee follows a unique drying process where the coffee seeds are pulped from the fruit and, instead of washed, are immediately moved to raised beds to dry in the sun with all the sticky fruit mucilage left on. This unique variation called "honey-process" lets us try the genius of the Dukamo family's processing and amplies the fruit-forward sweetness and full-bodied profile of the coffee.
