December invites us to slow down, enjoy familiar traditions, and share something special with the people we love. Our featured coffees this month were crafted with that feeling in mind. From a rare and floral Gesha to the warm comfort of Cabin Fever and the festive cheer of Hearth & Home, each one brings its own little holiday flair to the cup.
Gesha

Special 8oz Release
Gesha is known for its vibrant aromatics and natural sweetness. It is a low-yielding, high-altitude variety which makes it one of the most prized coffees in the world. This lot comes from Finca San Jeronimo Miramar in Guatemala where coffee grows among dairy cows, honeybees, and tropical fruits on a farm powered by its own fresh spring water. Expect layered florals with tropical and stone fruit complexity. It is a coffee to truly take your time with.
Cabin Fever
Deep. Rich. Comforting.
Cabin Fever is made for cold days and cozy nights. With notes of chocolate, roasted almonds, and butter rum it delivers that welcome-home feeling in every sip. This blend brings together trusted relationships across Colombia, Guatemala, and Tanzania to create a cup that is balanced, rich, and satisfying.

Our holiday blend returns each year to celebrate the season. Guatemala and Kenya coffees come together with subtle notes of cocoa, cranberry, and orange spice for a cup that feels festive through and through. A beautifully structured Kenya component adds brightness while two Guatemalan coffees including a touch of Gesha bring warmth and body. Perfect for gatherings with friends and family or quiet moments by the fire.
