This is the single exception to our “100% Arabica” rule. Merely 10-15% Ugandan Robusta beans are added to a sweet base of Brazilian, Indonesian and Central American coffees. Our exclusive “Little River Style” is a traditional dark Espresso. This big tasting espresso blend is designed to stand up well to the milk and flavors added to the popular Cappuccino and Café Latte drinks. The higher oil content of the Robusta variety contributes to a huge “Crema” when properly drawn through your espresso machine. This is the stuff that “espresso heads” drink while they contemplate the meaning of the universe or plot the overthrow of Fascism.
