This blend was created for everyday enjoyment. Mild acidity, with medium body and a clean finish result from a base of medium dark "Viennese" roasted Central American beans. Balance and flavor are contributed by a bit of medium roasted beans from Africa and the Americas. This blend is predominantly a Viennese Roast and thus a little darker than most East Tennesseans grew up with. You will be delighted by the difference!
