Bright, clean and aromatic, we prepare this coffee as a blend of light and dark roasts of the same bean from the Santa Rita Estate. SHG is the Salvadoran grade “strictly High Grown” meaning that you can count on the harder working trees to produce a very flavorful cup. This fine estate grown coffee is also Rainforest Alliance Certified.
